Abstract: At Monash Health, Allied Health (AH) are a broad group of professional and assistant workforces. AH disclipines work acroiss the lifespan and play a crucial role at all points of the patient journey, ranging from community-based health promotion and preventative interventions, hospital based acute and subacute care, to community rehabilitation and mental health care. In the last decase, the AH workforce and Monash Health has doubled to just over 2000 employees.
