dc.description.abstractSeveral years ago the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Monash Children’s Hospital partnered with staff and consumers to enhance communication and improve the patient experience within the complex critical care environment. By co-designing a large info graphic wall mural for the unit they were able to demonstrate key pieces of equipment and aspects of the PICU unit that patients and families would likely encounter during their stay.-
