Abstract: High quality antenatal care is critical for optimising health outcomes for mothers and babies, yet pregnant women's perceptions of their care are rarely captured, monitored and utilised to drive improvements. To fill this gap, we implemented, monitored, and evaluated antenatal patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) accross Monash Women's sites to better understand current care quality, strengths, and weaknesses to assist with informing future care improvements.
