Abstract: The impelemntation of the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework issued by the Australian Commission on Safety & Quality in Health Care gave us the opportunity to develop a process of collecting such patient feedback, so that we can better understand the needs of our clinical trial patients and optimise our clinical trial services accordingly. Research Support Services developed a survey, in consultation with the Patient Experiment team, and the Research Managers Group, that was open from August-September 2025 and will be conducted each year.
