Method(s): Several databases including, the Cochrane Neuromuscular Specialised Register, CENTRAL, MEDLINE, Embase and CINAHL Plus were searched from their inception until May 2020. Result(s): Five studies were eligible to be included in this review with a total of 348 participants. Overall, the evidence is too uncertain to draw conclusions on the effects of B vitamins in people with DPN.
