Abstract: Predatory journals pose a significant challenge to scholarly communication, integrity, and the reliability of research outputs. Within organisational research, where rigorous methodologies and peer-reviewed publications are paramount, the presence of predatory journal publications can tarnish the credibility of institutions and researchers. This poster proposes a novel approach to identifying predatory journal publications within an institutional research repository.
