Monash Health Strategic Plan 2023

Abstract

Monash Health have the privilege of providing healthcare to some of Victoria’s most diverse communities and disadvantaged individuals. The nature of their community’s health needs is rapidly evolving, as are the expectations of the people who access their services. Monash Health's Strategic Plan will underpin their efforts as they continue to develop a well-coordinated system of care that offers improved access, with teaching, research, and innovation being essential components of this work.
