Advancements in treating paediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) have led to a five-year overall survival rate ≥ 90%.1 There is growing emphasis on reducing morbidity for patients, including supporting wellbeing for the entire family unit. Previous studies have demonstrated that parents of children with ALL experience heightened levels of distress, with negative consequences for their quality of life. Previous studies have been cross-sectional with small patient populations, with a paucity of data in the Australian & New Zealand context. This study explores the trajectory of parental distress, anxiety, depression, anger and need for help across the diagnosis and treatment course.-
