Monash Health disability action plan.

Abstract

The Monash Health Disability Acton Plan plays a key role at ensuring we deliver on our responsibility to bea safe, inclusive, accessible and inclusive health care service for people with a disability.The need to ensure the voice of people who lives it effects most, people with a disability, and their families. We wanted to understand their need from a health service in 2021, what matters to them, be that our staff, patients, volunteers or visitors. From listening and learning we identified seven themes that will be the pillars in which we will develop our new four year disability plan.
