“A touch of grace” lotus bags: a consumer initiative making a difference in a time of grief

Reflecting on her own mother’s death and the return of her mother’s belongings in a black plastic bag, Monash Health Volunteer and Consumer Advisor Dianne Sides partnered with the Patient Experience Team to introduce tastefully designed bags for the respectful return of the personal belongings of patients and residents who die in our care.
