dc.description.abstractIntercostal artery pseudoaneurysm is a rare complication of blunt trauma or surgical intervention. Haemothorax is the most commonly presenting clinical presentation. We present a case of an intercostal artery pseudoaneurysm diagnosed with ultrasound as an incidental finding in a 63-year-old male following a fall. This is a diagnosis mostly made with computed tomography (CT) rather than ultrasound. This case review identifies the role ultrasound can have in this diagnosis.Copyright © 2026 The Author(s).
