Abstract: As clinicians progress into Grade 2 supervisory roles earlier in their careers, the need for targeted leadership and clinical supervision development is growing. In response, Allied Health Inpatient Care - Social Work at Monash Health is expanding the WOWIE (Watch Others Work In Environment) model and introducing tailored education initiatives to strengthen the confidence, knowledge, and supervisory skills of its emerging Grade 2 workforce.
