Abstract: Objective: Endometriosis of the urinary tract is thought to be quite rare, affecting <1% of patients. Patients may present with infertility or various other symptoms including dysuria and haematuria or recurrent urinary infections. Design(s): Settings: We present the case of a 32 year old G1P0 woman who presented with secondary infertility and worsening dysuria. Worsening symptoms prompted review by a urologist who performed a partial cystoscopic resection of an endometriotic bladder nodule. However, the symptoms recurred and the patient presented with increasing haematuria. A COGU ultrasound demonstrated a 3 cm mass abutting the bladder, suggesting deep infiltrating endometriosis. Patient(s): Interventions: The patient underwent a combined laparoscopic and cystoscopic partial cystectomy performed by an advanced gynecologic surgeon and urologist. We present the video footage of the procedure. Measurements/Results: Conclusion(s): Complete excision of the bladder nodule is a safe and effective approach to treatment of symptomatic bladder endometriosis.Copyright © 2018
